1. Product Availability
All items listed are subject to availability. In the case of limited stock or sold-out products, we will inform you promptly and offer alternatives or a refund.
2. Order Confirmation
Orders are confirmed only after you receive a response from our admin team on WhatsApp. Sending a message via the order button does not automatically guarantee item availability.
3. Payment Terms
Full payment must be completed before your order is processed and shipped. Payment details will be provided via WhatsApp by our admin.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We work with trusted shipping partners to ensure timely and safe delivery. Estimated delivery time will be communicated upon confirmation. Felisia The Label is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers.
5. Returns & Exchanges
All purchases are final unless there is a defect in the item. Exchanges may be considered on a case-by-case basis, and must be requested within 2 days of receiving the item. Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense unless otherwise stated.
6. Color & Sizing Disclaimer
We do our best to represent product colors and sizing accurately, but slight variations may occur due to lighting and screen differences.
